The Science
Clara E. Hill: explore, understand, act
Hill, a psychologist at the University of Maryland, developed the cognitive-experiential model of dream work. It moves through three stages: exploring the dream in detail, building insight by linking it to waking life, and deciding on a small action to take. Crucially, the dreamer does the interpreting, not the therapist. Studies of the model in therapy settings suggest people find it helpful.
How Undreamt uses it
Every reflection follows these three stages, and you always stay the one who decides what your dream is about.
