The Science
Michael Schredl: how your days find their way into your nights
Schredl is a sleep researcher at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim, Germany, and one of the most published scientists in the field. His studies suggest that emotionally significant waking experiences are more likely to show up in dreams than routine ones. He has also studied dream recall and found that simply paying attention to your dreams, for example by keeping a journal, tends to help you remember more of them.
How Undreamt uses it
Our questions focus on the emotional side of your recent days, and one-tap capture makes the journaling habit as easy as possible.
